In 2012, the ChemChina Petrochemical (Tianjin) Co (CCPT) has been improving human resources and the quality of all workers through popular forms of occupational education such as job training and at the same time has managed to meet the needs of talented people though professional education courses in informationization, group leader training, and key user training in enterprise resource planning (EPR). In this way, the CCPT occupational education took on a fresh look, with 23,370 staff members receiving an occupational education, which gives impetus to the company’s professional management development.
