Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co Ltd gets sampling check 100% qualified

Since the beginning of the year, the Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co has been improving product quality through product system management, controlling the production process, improving the accuracy of lab tests, and conducting quality checks, with the result of a product qualification rate of 100 percent.

In using the product management system to improve product quality, Shandong Changyi told all subsidiaries to follow 37 management regulations on job description, responsibilities, aims of quality management, and improving intermediate links of quality control. As a result, quality management is more standard.

In using production controls to improve product quality, Shandong Changyi got all production units to adjust their production process and the standards of various units, and guide detailed operations. To improve accuracy in oil product blending from the first, the technology and quality department cooperated with the production, lab, measurement, transport, and operations departments to check blending process and warehouse data consistency. This helped established ways to check additive measurement accuracy, oil tank uniformity, the accuracy of checks, and the effect of additives. The technology and quality department helped guide technology with quality test feedback and by helping production through better operations and quality controls.

Shandong Changyi also did quality checks across the entire company using ISO9000 quality certification and its own quality checks and with regular meetings. The monthly quality checks and quality management notifications ensure the success of the quality management system at the basic unit level.
