From Sept 14 to 15, Li Huijun, deputy Party secretary of ChemChina Petrochemical, visited Huaxing Petrochemical to take a look at the company’s “mass line” education activities.
At the research meeting, Li Huijun introduced the goals and content of the research, saying that the research focused on employee benefits, practical operations and clean work style. Researchers carried out face-to-face talks with company personnel, found existing problems and addressed them. The research will help ensure the implementation of the mass line activity and help the company improve quality and profits.
Li spoke highly of Huaxing Petrochemical’s achievements and urged the company to keep up the Party’s mass line education activities to strengthen internal management, improve work style, and strive for practical results and development. To meet the annual task, he also asked the company to focus on raising processing capacity, optimizing production, making scientific plans for fund use, upgrading product quality and storage, enhancing the transportation system, strengthening environment protection and improving management skills.
After the meeting, the research team polled mid-level management personnel for their opinions and advice, and interviewed leadership one by one. The team also did a field study at the plant to get a better understanding of the company’s production and operations.
