The sales, production, warehousing, transport, measurement and quality control departments of the Shandong Changyi Petrochemical (Group) Co have worked together to improve quality control on refined oil to protect consumer rights. Changyi Petrochemical has been pushing its “Quality and customers first” strategy since March in various ways, such as bulletin boards, displays, and brochures in its sales hall. It also distributed questionnaires to gather customers’ comments on services and product quality, and used them to make improvements. It also held training classes to improve quality and service awareness among its employees, and visited customers to get their comments and listen to their concerns. It also told all new customers more about the oil purchasing process, oil categories, and prices. These quality improvement measures got a favorable response from customers and helped improve the company image.
Changyi Petrochemical also played an active role in the move to protect consumer rights, both before, and on, International Consumer Rights Day, on March 15, by following the quality strategy and goals of the China National Chemical Corp and helping build a place where quality is always the top priority.
The company asked employees to study the related laws, regulations and company rules on quality management, reinforced quality control awareness, and tried to improve the management level at Changyi Petrochemical and increase ChemChina’s brand advantages and Changyi Petrochemical’s good image among customers.
