In getting ready for the peak oil product sales period – China’s upcoming Spring Festival – the Shandong Huaxing Petrochemical (Group) Co has drawn up detailed plans for increased sales and services. In mid-January, its sales department had already volunteered to cancel vacation plans and look for opportunities at oil sales stations on major expressways across the nation to learn more about market trends and local conditions and improve its connections with local distributors.
The sales department handed out samples of the company’s different products to distributors, along with various documentations on product quality, and provided useful tips firsthand to the most hesitant but potential clients, answering any and all questions raised so as to guarantee maximum benefits for the client.
To improve its brand, image, and operations, Huaxing Petrochemical also began a series of sales promotions at gas stations, for vehicles traveling during the Spring Festival. There were promotional signs hung everywhere, while distributors inventories were replenished, and preparations were made for opening more sales channels for the festival and improving supply efficiency.
In addition, Huaxing Petrochemical has improved its sales methods and put a cap on oil purchase, while providing gift packages for clients with the largest single purchases, thereby closing the gap between distributors and clients and getting the approval of users.
