To celebrate the 63rd anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and its 18th Congress and to develop a corporate and spiritual civilization, Qingdao Anbang arranged an exhibit of the works of employees and their family members, in July 2012, under the theme “Love Our County, Love Our Company, Love Our Home”. The exhibit got a lot of attention and support from corporate leaders and employees.
On Sept 24, 2012, Anbang asked Wang Qiang, a member of the Qingdao Artist Association, to do an appraisal of the works, with the result that Maintenance Style, a picture taken by Wang Fengzhi from the mechanical and power department, taking first place in the photography category. God Helps Those Who Help Themselves, a small seal done by Li Xiaojun from the admin department, took first place for calligraphy, while Harmonious Family Prosper”, a piece of cross-stitching by Hu Xiaoqing from the management and information department, got first in handcrafts. All of the works are showcased in the staff canteen. Also on display are the Top 10 works by the children of Anbang, selected by the activity’s organizing committee.
Employees let their imaginations play freely for the activity and showed all kinds of unique talent in their works, which included flower arranging, paper-cuts, cross-stitching, calligraphy, photography, and other areas. The activity provided a good site for Anbang employees and their family members to display their talent, and play a positive role in harmonious development of the company.
