From Aug 23 to 24, ChemChina Petrochemical held a special HR meeting at Zhenghe Group. A total of 21 people attended the meeting.
All companies gave reports on HR work in the first half of the year. At the same time, a training session on talent and performance management was held. Participants shared their experiences during ChemChina’s CDM career planning session and 11th young cadre training session at the Central Party School. Changyi also introduced the development of its performance management.
The meeting pointed out that reserve talent cultivation and performance management is a key part of ChemChina Petrochemical’s HR work. All companies should effectively push ahead with performance evaluation work to pave the way for talent cultivation. HR personnel not only should be proficient in HR management but also grasp certain production and business knowledge and skills. Moreover, arrangements were made at the meeting for HR work in the second half of the year.
The leaders at the meeting said that all personnel should work harder to achieve the operation target and carry out the work plan made at the beginning of the year.
