Huaxing held its first Oil Business Fair, on Sept 8, in Dongying, Shandong province, with representatives of 350 enterprises taking part. The Shandong Huaxing Petrochemical (Group) Co saw it as a new marketing form under new conditions. The Huaxing Petrochemical CEO, Dai Baizhang, addressed the gathering and explained the general situation at his company, along with his marketing concepts, such as strengthening customer service, innovative marketing methods, and a customer satisfaction strategy. He also held a discussion with some of the representatives. Huaxing Petrochemical used the fair to show its customer categorization, cooperation, preferential treatment, and commitment ideas and it presented "gold customer" awards to 10 of its most important customers, including Petrochina’s Shandong branch, to express its appreciation for their long-term support. Dai also signed 30 contracts, worth 3.5 billion yuan in all, and an order for nearly 500,000 tons of refined oil, petroleum coke, liquefied gas, liquid sulfur, and propylene. The fair brought Huaxing Petrochemical closer to its customers, helped promote customer loyalty, and established unimpeded information and communications. It was also an important place for market opportunities and increased sales and will certainly assist Huaxing in reaching its goals for the year.
