Recently, the Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade and Ministry of Commerce released its ranking list of China Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprises of 2012. With annual total imports and exports amounting to 340 million US dollars in 2011, Shandong Huaxing Import & Export Co Ltd ranked 185th among the list.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (now the Ministry of Commerce) has ranked among the top 500 Chinese enterprises with the largest annual imports and exports since 1990. Its 22-year practical work has reflected on developments and growth of Chinese foreign trade enterprises and demonstrated the enterprises on the list as the driving force of foreign trade.
As the only foreign trade company under China Chemical and Oil Gas Co Ltd, Huaxing Import & Export Co Ltd has been expanding rapidly in recent years. It has entered the list of China Top 500 Foreign Trade Enterprises for two consecutive years.
