The CHP Quality Management School issued six Sigma green belts to 11 trainees of the Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co, on Aug 17. This means the green belt for continuous improvement project (CIP) has been implemented and certified.
Changyi Petrochemical sent its technical personnel and team leaders to the 2012 green belt training program and, for the first time, sent three employees for supply chain training. Thanks to the green belts, the 6 Sigma management concept can be taught in the company, laying a solid foundation for improved efficiency.
