The Shandong Huaxing Petrochemical Group held management training on Feb 7 for its leaders. Some senior HR officers of ChemChina Petrochemical Corporation (CPC) participated.
Liu Chunmei, chief human resources officer of the CPC, gave lectures from four perspectives about performance management: consistent improvements, target-settings, 2012 performance objectives, guidance and feedback.
After training, participants had a better understanding of the meaning, aims, assessment content and standards of performance management as well as key indicators for its management team.
The director of each department is expected to ensure the sources, systems designs and operating procedures of key performance indications (KPI) to lay a foundation for performance management.
Additionally, the first professional manager of Huaxing, Ma Yushan addressed the gathering.
