Shandong’s provincial Party publicity department, its work safety administration, and its provincial trade union federation recently held a ceremony to recognize 50 enterprises for their safety culture, with the Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co joining the title winners. Xie Hongcheng, deputy director of the Changyi work safety administration, presented the plaque to Changyi Petrochemical on behalf of the provincial administration.
Changyi Petrochemical has been using safety development as an important tool for improving safe management overall and has taken steps to increase safety awareness among employees. It has implemented the safety concepts of the China National Chemical Corp, organized safety-related training sessions, and publicized laws and awareness of safe production. It also organized safety awareness contests and skills competitions, while starting a safe production month to eliminate risks, while using its OA system, publications, and bulletin boards to increase safety awareness among employees. Work safety is a constant task and the company will use every opportunity to increase safety culture and raise safe management to a new level.
