Facing a complex market situation, ChemChina Petrochemical has actively promoted coordinated sales within its system. Its subsidiary, Zhenghe Group, took the lead in exchanging information and feedback with other branches of ChemChina Petrochemical to coordinate sales processes. The efforts have helped the company share resources, promote complementary advantages and achieve win-win results.
Zhenghe began a purchase process to acquire more than 3,000 tons of catalyzed diesel from Qingdao Anbang, another subsidiary, at the end of Sept. It also acquired 4,000 tons from Huaxing Petrochemical on Oct 18. At the same time, it sold more than 5,000 tons of atmospheric residues to Qingdao Anbang. Zhenghe has made full use of its client resources. It asked employees to coordinate and guide its clients to visit other subsidiaries of ChemChina Petrochemical to discuss cooperation opportunities. It has helped Huaxing Petrochemical sell more than 7,000 tons of diesel, increasing the number of clients and optimizing the internal sales chain.
The enhanced coordination of sales not only provides more choices to clients, but also enhances the image of ChemChina Petrochemical. The efforts have helped subsidiaries gain new clients, paving the way for higher overall profits for ChemChina Petrochemical.
