Gazprom and Sibur have signed an agreement on a gas processing plant with an annual processing capacity of 900 million cubic meters, based on an existing Yuzhno-Priobskaya compressor station, in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous region. The GPP is designed to have a liquid recovery ratio of at least 95 percent and to meet international standards. The project will involve a joint Gazprom - Sibur venture and calls for Gazprom to provide a long-term supply of APG, while Sibur will pay for half of the APG. Both parties plan to process APG for refined products.
