With the overhaul drawing to an end, Changyi Petrochemical held a production and sales meeting to ensure employees were fully aware of the status of output, products, storage and loading facilities after the overhaul. At the moment, unit operators are working full steam ahead to adjust units to ensure optimum operations.
The company coordinated all departments and made overall plans since July 3 to ensure standard management of the overhaul. It carried out SHE safety measures and built a sound overhaul quality assurance system to control construction development and quality. The overhaul will expand Changyi Petrochemical’s processing capacity, increase output and diversify products to cover high-standard clean products, such as no 97 gasoline and national V-grade gasoline. The company planned ahead and held coordination meetings among production, technical quality, planning, sales, quality inspection and storage, and transportation departments to ensure stable production and optimum unit operations. It asked all parties to differentiate products, optimize structure, and analyze market prospects to push for sustainable company development.
Changyi Petrochemical also improved the operation process and contingency plan to ensure steady unit operations. It held seminars to discuss personnel assignments and interdepartmental coordination. Employees and leadership worked extra hours to conduct airtight tests on equipment and pipelines, and carefully took notes of relevant data for steady operations during the next cycle. At the moment, units are being put into operation one after another to produce qualified products, marking the successful conclusion of the overhaul.
