Zhenghe Group successfully finished its annual overhaul this year after more than 20 days of hard work by all its employees. The company’s raw material pre-treatment and coking units were all in operation as of Sept 7, and are running steadily at the moment. The DCC and gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units have been readied with steam blowing and are now ready for operations.
All overhaul departments and construction teams worked closely together during the overhaul to ensure all tasks were carried out in a safe, environmentally-friendly and efficient way. More than 900 items were maintained during the overhaul, including heat exchangers, valves, towers and containers. A total of 30 technical renovation projects were completed, including an oil unloading platform, an oil product foam station, coke drum hydraulic motor decoking renovations, and 17 safety hazards were removed. At the same time, The company accomplished DCC flue gas desulfurization and denitration, oil product blending, fire fighting water renovation, and DCC slag reduction projects, paving the way for the completion of the annual task.
