Daqing Zhonglan has arranged technical personnel to spend one week moving styrene project archives to the warehouse center as part of efforts to strengthen archive management. At the moment, the technical department has finished relocation of methyl ethyl ketone; nonylphenol; 35-ton, 75-ton and 130-ton boilers; DCC; FCC; and styrene archives to the warehouse center, paving the way for more efficient archive construction and use in the future.
The company now has a total of 10,789 archives in 72 filing cabinets, including 1,283 archives for the FCC unit, 1,810 for the 500,000-ton-per-year DCC unit, 2,818 for the 80,000-ton-per-year ethylbenzene/styrene integrated device, 853 for the 12,000-ton-per-year methyl ethyl ketone device, 628 for the 10,000-ton-per-year nonylphenol unit, 595 for thermal power plant construction project (35-ton furnace), and 323 for the 350,000-ton-per-year atmospheric distillation unit.
It’s important to properly manage the archive data. At present, the company has digitized archive data for major construction projects, and the company has begun to synchronize paper and digital versions of archive data. It will take steps to scan previous data on major projects and put them on file for future reference.
