After getting non-vessel operation carrier qualifications on Sept 26, ChemChina Logistics finished international shipping agency preparation and got international shipping agency certification.
The company began preparation for the NVOCC qualification in March 2014 and received qualifications for managing domestic freight forwarding business. It completed its first domestic shipping freight forwarding business on July 1. It received NVOCC qualifications on Sept 3 and the International Shipping Agency Record Receipt on Sept 26, marking that the company has officially received international shipping agency qualification.
The qualification can enable the company to more effectively arrange and deal with various vessel businesses at port, with less costs. It can speed up vessel turnover, bring down transportation costs and oil product unloading costs, offer greater support and guarantee for the company to improve the oil product storage system and business expansion, and upgrade the company’s storage and transportation capacity and market competitiveness.
The company will continue to upgrade its operation and management capacity, improve services, and strive to build a comprehensive business facility for oil product storage and logistics.
