ChemChina Logistics held a purchase management inspection summary meeting on Nov 7. The meeting was hosted by Yang Meihua, the company's chief information officer. Zhang Tienan, deputy Party secretary of the company, and officials from management departments attended the meeting.
The company prohibits unclear, unplanned and untraceable purchases. It formulated a purchase management procedure at its OA system and standardized various links, such as purchase proposition, audit summary, price review, procurement execution, warehouse entry inspection and expense reimbursement.
