A 22-day overhaul of Huaxing Petrochemical's pretreatment workshop recently was finished. The company has now been reviewing relevant work and preparing for the final acceptance check by production, maneuvering, technology, safety and environment departments.
The company has finished furnace and column cleaning, put on a new fire control valve, and conducted technical process renovation. It cleared out 56 sets of heat exchangers and many atmospheric and vacuum air cooling units, checked safety valves and debugged pump motor meters. In addition to safety instructions and work arrangement every morning, the company has made full use of the lunch break to hold six on-site training sessions on new technology transformation, internal container structure and pressure range. The training has helped employees better understand equipment renovation and safe operations.
