In 2016, Zhenghe Petrochemical filed for 13 patents and now Petrochemical features 59 patents including one invention patent. The growth in patent amount has promoted the effective elevation of corporate technological innovation level.
The 13 patents as filed by Zhenghe Petrochemical cover aspects of safety and EP, process and energy saving and consumption reduction with extensive coverage and considerable practicality, the patents after implementation help to eliminate the hidden safety trouble of plant, ensure meeting environmental standards, but also lay down solid foundation for energy saving and consumption cut for company.
In recent years, Zhenghe Petrochemical has paid high attention on IPR in corporate innovative growth, and stepped up the leadership and organization for patent filing, and strengthened the management effort for patent filing in order to boost the core competitiveness of company by patents and innovation.
At the same time in order to boost the enthusiasm among employees for patent innovation, Zhenghe Petrochemical has specially drafted the patent innovation incentive mechanism to offer material incentive according to the actual performance of employees’ patent innovation in work. Till now, Zhenghe Petrochemical has awarded the 13 patent innovations in 2016 according to the incentive mechanism with total award up to more than 30,000 yuan.
