Daqing Zhonglan, during the 11 months of patent advantage enterprise construction, achieved good results in patent material excavation, patent science and technology achievements conversion and patent standardization management, passed the Heilongjiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office review successfully, and awarded the title of Heilongjiang “Patent Advantage Model Enterprise” and 350,000 Yuan.
n recent years, Daqing Zhonglan has focused on research and utilization of technical innovation preferential policies of the local government. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the company was awarded by the provincial and municipal governments a total of about 150,000 Yuan for research and patent. The company made wise use of these funds to increase the enterprise technological innovation investment, promote enterprise technological innovation hardware and software facilities upgrading, which further enhanced its technological innovation capability.
In late 2015, with encouragement and support of the provincial science and Technology Department, the company actively launched the patent advantage enterprise construction activities, in hope of ranking among patent advantage enterprises in the province. The company set up a special work team with general manager assistant Huang Zhenjun as the responsible person to carefully arrange the relevant departments to carry out the comprehensive and solid patent advantage construction. The team organized many times the relevant personnel to the provincial science and technology competent departments for communication and reporting, and vigorously promoted Daqing Zhonglan’s patent work, which received strong support and assistance from the provincial science and technology competent departments. As a result, considerable progress was achieved in the science and technology innovation and Patent Foundation. In March, 2016, the inspection team of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office and patent administration department and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau inspected and guided the patent advantage enterprise construction work of Daqing Zhonglan. And the company organized special personnel to conscientiously implement the specific comments and suggestions of the inspection team, which promoted the further upgrading of patent work level.
